This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement constitutes a binding agreement between you and Free Insurance Report.com, herein after "FIR". By accessing and using this site or any other website owned or controlled by FIR you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You agree not to challenge the validity, enforceability or admissibility of this Agreement on the grounds that it was electronically transmitted or authorized. In addition you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to print this Agreement.

To avoid misunderstandings regarding the use of the Free Insurance Report.com names, trademarks, service marks, domain names and other proprietary information, Third parties are authorized to direct a browser to the Site home page at http://www.freeinsurancereport.com. Insurance Agents may provide a link from their website to their Free Insurance Report.com agent page. Third parties do not have any rights to include links from their website to any other page maintained on the Site unless they receive prior written permission from FIR or unless the Linking Site is an Internet search engine.

You may not (i) frame or otherwise impose editorial comment, commercial material or any type of identification on ( or in proximity to ) content included on the site, (ii) alter or modify content, or (iii) cut and past or otherwise reproduce content on the linking site.

FIR makes no representation or warranties regarding the Site, which is provided "As Is". Linking sites link to the Site at their own risk. FIR has no obligation to maintain the site, provide or update content or otherwise support your link to the Site.

FIR may revoke this license immediately with or without cause or notice to you.

Subject to this Agreement, FIR grants you a limited right and license to use the content one personal computer and solely for your personal, non-commercial use. 5. How we work

FIR is not an Insurance Agency and is not licensed to sell insurance. FIR does not provide insurance quotes to the consumers but pairs the consumers with local insurance agents. After you submit a quote your information is submitted to local insurance agents who then post your quote on the Free Insurance Report.com website where you can watch the results as they come in. In the event we do not have an agent in your territory we will on a best efforts basis find the next closest agent(s) to you and reserve the right to pass your information on to one of your third party agent networks to ensure that you receive as many quotes as possible.

FIR does not charge the consumers a fee for our service, rather the insurance agents pay FIR a fee to purchase territories and leads. FIR is not an agent of you, the insurance company or the insurance agents; we do not recommend any particular insurance agent, insurance company or any type of insurance. We recommend you research each agent and policy before making a decision to purchase insurance. We cannot guarantee that you will receive any quotes.

By submitting a quote request, you authorize FIR to provide your information to insurance agents, both local and National. You also authorize FIR to provide your information to our third party agent networks in the event that there are no local agents in your territory. By submitting a quote request, you acknowledge that FIR's service requires that the agents may obtain a consumer report or credit score from a consumer report agency as part of the underwriting process. Where permitted by law, some insurance companies or their agents may confirm your information through the use of consumer reports, which may include credit score and driving record.

You understand that you are extending an express invitation for insurance agents to contact you by any means provide on your quote request, including your phone numbers and email addresses. If you choose to purchase a policy from an agent, any further communications with that agent are not covered under these Terms.

6. Personally Identifiable Consumer Information & Financial Information

Personally identifiably consumer information collected to process leads may include, but is not limited to, contact information; name, mailing and garaging address, telephone number, fax number and/or email address; information relating to driving license, record and prior insurance history; and such contact information of additional insured's, if any. Financial information is collected only from participating agents, brokers and other qualified insurance professionals on our network. Such information is not shared with anyone outside of FIR, except the merchant bank for the processing of credit card orders, and as otherwise provided herein.

FIR may use information supplied by you to deliver information to you that may be of interest to you or your customers, such as banners, new services and promotions. We may ask you to provide additional information regarding your personal or business interests, experience or requests, which we may use to customize our service for you. We may also use or disclose information to resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce agreements between you and FIR. We may disclose or access information, whenever we believe in good faith that a law, statute, ordinance, rule, or judgment so requires; if we, within our sole discretion, otherwise consider it necessary to disclose or access such information to maintain and improve our services; or if we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of FIR, our customers or third parties. Users can contact FIR to remove certain information from our databases and opt out of future solicitations from us, or to change or modify any information previously provided to us. All disclosures of information by FIR shall be to the extent permitted by law.

7. Minors

FIR does not intentionally target anyone under the age of 16. Our sites and services are not directed toward people under the age of 16, nor do we knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 16. Individuals between the ages of 16 and 18 are grated permission to use our Sites only with the permission of their parent or guardian.

8. Rules of Conduct:

The site may include areas that allow end-users to participate in forums such as chat rooms and message boards. From time to time, we may sponsor contest and sweepstakes on the site. Participation in such contests/sweepstakes is entirely voluntary. You agree to notify FIR immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security. 11. Disclaimers

FIR is not responsible for any errors or delays in matching your quote request or in the delay in receiving quotes with local agents. We are also not responsible for any quotes agents may provide you, the coverage they provided or the accuracy of any of the quotes. We do not may any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the site or as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or content of any information, service or merchandise provided through the site.

We make no representations or warranties with respect to the site the services you may obtain through the site or the content which are provide "As Is' and on an "As Available" basis. Your use of this site is at your sole risk.

12. General Provisions

FIR reserves the right to deny or block access to the Site to anyone at any time and to terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, in its sole discretion. At any time without prior notice FIR may immediately terminate your access to the Site for (1) breach of this agreement, (2) request by law enforcement or other government agency (3) discontinuance or material modification of the site or any part thereof, (4) unexpected technical or security issues or problems. You agree that FIR may terminate your use of the site for cause in its sole discretion and FIR is not liability to you are any third party for termination of your access to the site.
